- Developmental Editing for Fiction is an intense and value-packed 9-week course offered online through Editorial Arts Academy, which offers real-life experience in editing manuscripts and running an editorial business. This popular course covers what you need to know to succeed as a developmental editor for commercial and literary fiction. Pat takes you step by step through a full developmental edit of a novel manuscript.
