Welcome to the Pat Dobie Club (PDC)
…a club for people named Pat Dobie.
The Pat Dobie Club was founded after the Original Pat Dobie (OPD) met another person named Pat Dobie (E. Pat Dobie, in fact).
During its heydey of 2005 – 2010 the Pat Dobie Club had almost 40 members around the world. Most were in the category of “Associate Member,” since only people named Pat Dobie qualify for full membership.
The PDC created a club song, a uniform, a bookmark, and a rotating series of “signature” beverages. The PDC dictionary and encyclopedia were consulted regularly by thought leaders seeking stringently researched and well-written definitions of concepts crucial to their continued thought-leadership.
Club activities were temporarily suspended from 2013-2022.
